Aus DeutschlandDer männliche Reiseleiter der TUI war sehr unfreundlich. Wir hatten eine Busgfahrt über die TUI online gebucht, bekamen aber keine Antwort ob die Reise stattfindet, da es ja eine online Buchung war. Das Hotel war sehr voll und das Personal freundlich aber sehr gestresst, Arbeitsaufwand war nicht zu schaffen. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, müsste mal komplett renoviert werden.
