Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage mit einem tollen Blick. Das Observation Deck im 74. Stock ist für Hotelgäste kostenfrei. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Hier fühlt man sich wirklich als Gast willkommen.

Sehr vielfältiges Speisenangebot. Sehr lecker!
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Im August war es sehr heiß und schwül. Das war aber kein Problem, da man die Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt und kostengünstig mit dem Taxi erreichen konnte
