Naturally, we were disappointed to hear that our hotel did not live up to your expectations. We are continuously reviewing all elements of our hotel and services, taking into account your comments and your constructive criticism, which helps us to identify areas to priorities our focus on. A point to note is our customer satisfaction score, derived from the questionnaires guests are asked to complete at the end of the holiday, which is currently running at 90%.
