Das Hotel war überbucht und uns wurde eine altes dreckiges Apartment zur Verfügung gestellt. Überall Tiere (Spinnen, Hornissen und andere Insekten) auf dem Fußboden, egal ob lebend oder tot. Wir haben uns mehrfach beschwert und wurden nur belächelt ! Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Hotel ! Die Klimaanlage war ebenso defekt und uns konnte keiner weiter helfen ! Das Essen reinste Katastrophe, keine Auswahl, kaum Obst oder Gemüse vorhanden. Diese haben wir uns selbst bei Lidl gekauft.
Nicht hygienisch, dreckige Handtücher inkl Bad. Wir mussten nach Ankunft gegen 23 Uhr selbst das Bad putzen.
Schlechtes Essen, trotz All in musste man vieles selbst zahlen !
Es wurden keine Wasser Flaschen ausgehändigt und die Nachfrage auf Tee der alle war, wurde verneint.
Sehr schöne Außenanlage. Gepflegt und mit dem Mietwagen alles in kürze zu erreichen. Max. 5 min Fußweg bis zum Strand.

Pool Anlage war in Ordnung. Waren dort nur einmal, da wir viel an Strände gefahren sind.

Dear Mrs. Saskia, Thank you for your review, Anyhow we find your review not fair and we will have to report this. We offered you upon your check in an upgrade to a family room in the afternoon your arrived. The next day you came in the morning requesting the Twin room that you had booked, which was a suprise but this was ok, since the family room is double size.. We now realized that from the begining of your holiday your main cause is to create issues that are INVALID! so as a hotel we will not accept making false accussations to the hotel and το our services!! Offered service and accommodation are more than the ones you have booked via the offer you booked with.?! We will contact relevant department for this review BECAUSE: 1.yes you have to buy water you were informed about the AI service in all hotels you buy mineral water! 2.You never cleaned you room! We make the service daily! 3.The AI is published to all our tour operators so you know upon booking! 4.Kos island and in generally Greece is an island of course we have mosquitos, you were able to buy something for, all our rooms have nets we can not control outside areas...
