Platzangebot im Speisesaal nicht ausreichend, daher Wartezeiten bis man Platz findet. Personal aber sehr bemüht einem bei der Platzfindung zu helfen. Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Keine Angaben, dass manche Bars in der Vorsaison nicht geöffnet sind, daher abernds wieder Platzprobleme auf der Terasse der offenen Bar. Personal an dieser Bar stellenweise überfordert, man wurde gelegentlich vergessen oder bekam nicht das was man bestellt hat. Auch hier war das Personal aber immer sehr freundlich. Das Essen war immer sehr lecker und es gab eine grosse Auswahl.

However, please allow us to mention our surprise reading your comment about the lack of space in our restaurant, as our main restaurant “Cosmos”, which is the biggest restaurant of the resort, accommodates simultaneously up to 700 guests. Moreover, there is always the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is smaller in size, or of dining in one of our thematic restaurants (Almyra for lunch and Cochlias, Pithos and Platia for dinner). As regards your comment about the operation of our bars, we would like to clarify that we do inform our guests that the Hotel reserves the right to change the schedule of facilities’ operation according to weather and occupancy conditions.
