Das erste Zimmer war eine Katastrophe Nachdem Ameisen in den Schlafbereich eingezogen waren, reichte es. Ohne Probleme ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Dieses entsprach den Erwartungen ans Hotel.
Das Essen war top Reichlich Auswahl Leider kann man die vorhandenen Restaurants abends nur einmal, über den Aufenthals Zeitraum, buchen.
Das Personal war immer freundlich und haben auf wünsche oder Probleme prompt reagiert

Regarding your comment about the table reservations, we would like to note that they can only be completed either one day in advance or on the same day up to 15:00h, after your check-in, since your room number is needed for the process. The a la carte and thematic restaurants (Mademi, Alatsi, Arismari, Platia, Pithos and Estia), which operate upon reservation for dinner, are indeed available for one reservation per week each.Our main buffet restaurant “Enomy” does not require a prior booking and has no limit in terms of use. This procedure is established so that all guests can have the opportunity to enjoy as many different restaurant experiences during their stay. Regarding the issue with the ants, please allow us to mention that Creta Maris’s architecture includes many green areas with trees and flowers, reminiscing the authentic Cretan countryside that may attract them. Please let us reassure you though that the resort follows a regular disinfection plan by a professional company, while our team is doing their utmost to provide the best possible housekeeping services.
