Tolle Lage mit super schönen Hotel eigenen Sandstrand
Die Zimmer waren sauber. Allerdings etwas veraltet.
Sehr viel Auswahl und super lecker!
Leider müssen wir sagen, dass der Service nicht überall super war. Die Manager im Hauptrestaurant waren super vom Service. Sehr freundlich. Ebenso an der Rezeption. Aber dann hört es auf. Wir haben einige Vergleiche mit anderen Hotels auf Kreta, wo der Service was Freundlichkeit usw. betrifft an erster Stelle steht. Es kam von sämtlichen Mitarbeitern kein Hallo, kein Lächeln…viele liefen mit grimmigen Gesicht. Oftmals wurden an der Poolbar falsche Sachen hingestellt. Wenn man das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat, wurden die Augen verdreht. Schade, für so ein tolles resort was an Sauberkeit und guten Essen nicht zu übertreffen ist.
Super zentrale Lage. Nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man abends noch etwas schlendern kann
