We would also like to thank you for your comments as we consider them the best way to improve our services and facilities. However, please allow us to give you some explanation on the above mentioned points. Regarding the food temperature please be kindly informed that all our restaurants follow a standard procedure with the temperature of all dishes. Nevertheless, in case a guest prefers a different temperature on his dish he may contact the restaurant staff and they will be happy to assist. As concerns the animation’s activities, we will take into consideration your dissatisfaction for our future plans, however, please let us inform you that apart from the animation activities at Creta Maris Beach Resort guests can also find a Wellness Center, Hammam Spa, 7 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, Mini Football (5x5), Mini Golf, Tennis (2 Courts), Archery field, Beach Volley and many other exciting activities. We would also like to clarify that Creta Maris Beach Resort, in order to meet all its guests, offers 10 different room types, each one providing different facilities and amenities at corresponding prices. Thus, our Classic rooms and bungalows (probably the room type you have reserved), offer basic amenities and are not renovated. In case, a guest wants to be accommodated in a renovated room/ bungalow, he/she has to reserve a Deluxe room.
