Es war uns alles eine Spur zu groß, zu laut, was natürlich Geschmacksache ist, aber vom Standart her keine 5 Sterne wert.....
Die Deluxe Zimmer waren angeblich renoviert, in Wirklichkeit, die auch nicht viel mit den Fotos auf der Hotel-Homepage zu tun hat, waren sie alter Standart, mit neuen Wasserhähnen, Klima und TV aufgehübscht, die Möbel alt, das Bett war OK. Reinigungszustand ging so.
Niemals 5 Sterne!!! das Essen war durchschnitt. Die Themenrestaurants waren OK, das Hauptrestaurant ist eher ein Hofbräuhaus, laut, überfüllt und ungemütlich.
Zimmerwechsel nach der ersten Nacht, weil das Zimmer sehr laut(Straßenlärm) war hat geklappt. Restaurantbuchungen klappten zweimal aufgrund technischer Fehler nicht, hier wie auch sonst Verständigung nur auf English. Das Servicepersonal war allgemein freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Kurze Anfahrt, da in Flughafennähe, was sich natürlich auch auf die Geräuschkulisse auswirkte. Am Rande des Ortes Hersonissos - o-Ton der Reiseleiterin- der Ballermann von Kreta-, was man aber in der Anlage aber nicht merkt.

Abendprogramm, viel Pools, Strandliegen auch schon eher etwas älter. Leider wie überall, morgendliche Handtuchaufleger die sich die Liegen reservierten.

Concerning the aircrafts, please let us inform you that the resort is located 24km away from the airport. Since the airway pass by Hersonissos seaside, the aircrafts can be visible but still very high since the airport is 24km away. Moreover, please be kindly informed that we perform, almost each winter, partial renovations and refurbishments of our resort, in order to offer year after year even better holidays’ experience. We assume that your comment about your room being out of date concerns its decoration and style, which probably was misunderstood, as Creta Maris is built according to the Aegean Architecture and the design style of all our rooms is contemporary. Furthermore, we would like to clarify that the photos presented on our website shows in the best possible way each of our room types. We can assume that you were probably looking for another room type’s photos on our website, in comparison with the one you had booked. Concerning the thematic restaurants, please allow us to mention that our Guest Service and Reception Agents are always happy to assist any guest who has any difficulties booking a table, while they are doing their best, so every guest could dine in each of our thematic restaurants at least once. Of course, we will take your comment into consideration in order to ameliorate even more our reservation system. Additionally, we are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the provided food, as we consider food one of the most important factors of the stay, thus, offering a wide variety of dishes, which are prepared with fresh, high quality local ingredients following local and Mediterranean recipes. Also, please be kindly informed that our main restaurant Cosmos can accommodate simultaneously up to 700 guests. However, we also offer the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is quieter, or of outdoor dining in one of our thematic restaurants (Almyra for all-day dining and Cochlias, Pithos and Platia for dinner). Furthermore, let us point out that it is inevitable that some areas of our resort, like our main swimming pool, will accommodate the majority of our guests. Nevertheless, as Creta Maris Beach Resort is located in an area of 150,000 sq. and offers 6 different swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in one quieter area. Thanks to its architecture, our resort also offers many different options of accommodation, dining and entertainment, in combination with relax atmosphere. In fact, it is its architecture that offers to every guest the chance to choose between quiet places as is the Bungalow Pool or more popular and crowded places as it is our main swimming pool.
