Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Anlage und durchweg freundlichem Personal. Allerdings nicht geeignet für Ruhesuchende und Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen. Die Wege vom oberen Hauptgebäude nach unten z.B. zum Strand sind lang, abschüssig bzw. steil. Die Alternative wäre viele Treppen. Und überall Musik, natürlich unterschiedliche. Im schlimmsten Fall hatten wir drei verschiedene Lieder gleichzeitig im Ohr. Zum Teil noch dezent, aber vom Pool meistens sehr laut. Für uns war das Hotel definitiv nicht geeignet.
Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden. Allerdings war das versprochene ruhige Zimmer alles andere als ruhig. Von morgens bis abends, oft bis ca. 23 h wurden wir mit Musik beschallt. Zum Teil so laut, das man trotz geschlossener Balkontür Discofeeling hatte. Der Wasserdruck war auch sehr grenzwertig. Duschen ging ja gerade noch so, aber Haarewaschen war eine echte Herausforderung und nahm ewig Zeit in Anspruch. Außerdem entwickelte sich, trotz nicht schaltbarer Dauerbelüftung ein dermaßen stinkender Kloakengeruch, den wir erst durch schließen aller Abläufe und Überläufe (Papiertücher) verhindern konnten. Daher statt 5 nur 3 Sterne von uns.
Das Buffet war reichhaltig und so dürfte jeder fündig werden.
Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht.
Der Transfer hin ca. 30 Min., zurück 1,5 Std. Zum Shoppen gerade mal 5 Min. Fußweg ab Lobby.

As you did not mention any personal or reservation information, we can assume that you were accommodated in Terra Building, where the daily animation is taking place. We hope you had mentioned your dissatisfaction, so we could have tried to offer you another quieter room. As concerns the music we would like to mention that the shows that are carried out in our open-air theatre Antigoni end at 23:00, so to not disturb our guests, who wish to sleep. Furthermore, we would like to point out that all the corridors and paths in Creta Maris Beach Resort are adjusted for people with mobility problems (all restaurants and bars included), which means that for every path with steps there is also available an alternative path with ramps, making this way the resort suitable for physically challenged guests. Moreover, our lobby staff can always assist guests to move around the resort with the club cars. Hope to have the chance to accommodate you again in the future and offer an ameliorated holiday.
