Das Essen ist von ordentlicher Qualität und abwechslungsreich. Ein extrem großer Mangel sind allerdings die Getränke in dem Hotel. Es werden keine Getränke in Dosen/Flaschen ausgegeben. Stattdessen wird das Wasser sowie sämtliche Softgetränke aus einem Schlauch in Bechern serviert. Hierbei wird Wasser aus einer Anlage mit Sirup gemischt. Das verwendete Wasser ist allerdings extrem chlorhaltig und ungenießbar. Teilweise musste man das Wasser aufgrund des extrem hohen Chlorgehalts nach dem ersten Schluck wieder ausspucken. Wir, sowie viele andere Gäste mussten die Getränke mehrmals zurück gehen lassen, bis uns Getränke serviert wurden, welche trinkbar waren. Den Kellnern war das Problem bekannt. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel in der Preisklasse ist es absolut unakzeptabel Wasser und Softgetränke in einer solch schlechten Qualität serviert zu bekommen. Die Kellner haben uns zwar versichert, dass das Wasser trotz des sehr hohen Chlorgehalts gesundheitlich unbedenklich ist, allerdings bezweifeln wir dies stark.

Die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter ist sehr unterschiedlich. An der Rezeption, auf der Außenterrasse des Enomy Restaurants, die Zimmermädchen sowie in der Hauptbar waren Top. Der Service und Freundlichkeit an der Snack Bar beim Waterpark waren allerdings mangelhaft.

We produce our water through an autonomous network, thus eliminating the transport chain, times, and storage locations. We guarantee that our water is free of harmful substances through reverse osmosis and a 5-stage filtration process, followed by regular laboratory tests.
