Sehr schöne Anlage - wunderschön. Auch die neuen Bars und Restaurants sind sehr schön geworden. Die Renovierungsarbeiten haben sich gelohnt! Teils auch beheizte Pools, finden wir auch toll. Gartenanlage zauberhaft. Zimmer okei, wie gewohnt. Zimmerservice sehr gut. Leider hat der Service nach gelassen. Essen wie auch Getränke haben grosse Qualitätsunterschiede. Je nach Bar Mitarbeiter sind die (selben) Cocktails sehr gut oder sogar ungeniessbar. Mussten 3x Getränke zurück geben. Dies ist uns noch nie passiert. Essen in den Restaurants mit Reservierungen ausgezeichnet! Beim Buffet mangelhaft. Nicht so gut wie die letzten Jahre. 2x sogar Magenverstimmung. Schade. Neuer Gyrosstand und Smoothiestand sind toll. Jedoch muss man darauf hinweisen, dass man frische Früchte möchte. Die in der Auslage sind teilweise bereits schimmelig. Mitarbeiter gehen jedoch ohne Probleme darauf ein. Bereits früh am morgen sind alle Liegen am den Pools mit Badetücher reserviert, obwohl verboten. Leider geht das Hotel nicht dagegen vor. Dies finden wir störend. Auch der Dresscode beim Essen in den Restaurants (keine Badesachen..) wird missachtet und niemand schaut darauf. Dies finden wir schade. Es ist nicht wichtig, aber es gibt den Hotel leider ein wenig einen „Mallorca Tuch“. Was auch noch zu erwähnen ist; Wir haben bis am 10. gebucht und natürlich bezahlt, reisten jedoch am 9. bereits ab wegen dem Abendflug. Das Hotel fordert uns 2x auf, bereits am 9. unser Zimmer zu räumen für die nächsten Gäste welche warteten. Natürlich sind wir geblieben, TV und Netflix Zugang wurde gesperrt. Eine Frechheit. Alles im allem tolles Hotel - Service hat uns leider gegen die letzten Jahre enttäuscht.
