Hauptrestaurant wie eine Bahnhofshalle laut und Essen mittelmäßig. Strand überfüllt weil auch Hotelfremde die Liegen benützen auch nach Meldung beim Bademeister interessierte ihn sehr wenig.Personal an der Strandbar und in den Restaurants waren sehr bemüht. BBQ Restaurant ist sehr schön auch Vorspeisen waren gut,leider darf man nur einmal hingehen .Animation ist unter jeder Kritik,tagsüber laute Musik abends wenn Musik dann ohne jede Stimmung.Wir hatten einen Bungalow de luxe mit Verbindungstür zum nächsten Bungalow dadurch sehr hellhörig.

    Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We are sorry we have not met your expectations during your stay at Creta Maris Beach Resort. We appreciate your feedback, as we believe that it is very important part of our constructive communication. Thus, we will take your comments into our consideration and do our best in order to ameliorate our services even more in the future. However, we would like to offer some explanation on the above-mentioned points. Please be kindly informed that our main restaurant “Cosmos” is the biggest restaurant of the resort, as it can accommodate simultaneously up to 700 guests, for hygiene reasons, since the outdoor temperature is high, we are not allowed to have the windows open. However, there is always the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is smaller in size and much quieter, or of outdoor dining in one of our thematic restaurants (Almyra for lunch and Cochlias, Pithos and Platia for dinner). Furthermore, please allow us to explain you that according to Greek legislation, the beach in front of Creta Maris Beach Resort, as all beaches throughout Greece, is not private but public. This means that it may be used by all the visitors regardless if they are staying in our resort or not. However, as concerns the use of the resort’s sunbeds and parasols by external guests we do have some restrictions, as they can only be accommodated at the right side of the beach (in front of Spira Bar). Concerning our policy about the sunbeds reservation, we do enforce our guests not to reserve. In addition, please allow us to clarify that as we are going through the high season, it is inevitable that some areas of our resort, like the beach and our main swimming pool, will accommodate the majority of our guests. However, as Creta Maris Beach Resort is located in an area of 150,000 sq.m., and offers 6 different swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in one more quiet area. Moreover, our pool attendants will be more than happy to assist you finding an available sunbed. Moreover, we would like to point out that our guests may dine once per week in one of our four thematic restaurants. This measure has been taken in order to give the chance to all our guests enjoy all our restaurants during their stay. Further, please allow us to point out that our animation program is designed to meet the majority of our guests needs, with every day of the week having another theme (Greek Day, Creta Maris Uncovered, Sports Day, Eco – Day & Sea Day). We also do surprise our guests with live music shows and other events. However, we will consider your dissatisfaction and do our best in order to ameliorate the entertainment program even more.
