Ich hätte mehr von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Auch wenn die Positiven Eigenschaften überwiegen wie Essen, Hotelanlage, Strand u.s.w werde wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen. (Gründe siehe In den Kategorien)
Ab Tag 6 waren Flecken auf der Bettwäsche sowie auf den Handtüchern (trotz Trinkgeld) Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Allgemein Sauberkeit könnte man verbessern.
Essen in den Reservierungsbedürftigen Restaurants war sehr gut und angenehm. Im Hauptrestaurant ging es zu wie im Krieg.
Mitarbeiter an der Beach-Bar waren teilweise lustlos. Beach/Pool-Mitarbeiter (zuständig das der Strand und die Anlage sauber ist) standen lieber die ganze Zeit an der Beach-Bar und haben die Mitarbeiter abgelenkt, so das man nicht bedient wurde. (Das ist ein no Go / dringender Handlungsbedarf)

Please allow us to clarify that we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. Thus, allow us to clarify that every area of our resort is being cleaned regularly and is always checked after by the housekeeping manager. We hope you had shared your dissatisfaction with us, so we could had inspected your room and acted accordingly. Moreover, we would like to mention that our staff and the service it offers is the reason our guests choose to return year after year, as it is helpful and courteous and one of the biggest assets of Creta Maris, according to the majority of the feedback we receive. Thus, we are surprised to read your negative comment about it. However, as we respect your opinion, we will take it into consideration. As concerns, our main restaurant “Cosmos”, please be kindly informed that it is the biggest restaurant of our resort and can accommodate simultaneously up to 700 guests. We also offer the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is quieter and probably would made you feel more comfortable.
