Dear Guest, Thank you for the time you dedicated to share your holiday’s experience with us and the Holidaycheck travelers. We appreciate your feedback and would like to assure you that it will be taken into our consideration. However, please allow us to offer you some explanations regarding the aforementioned points of your review. We would like to express our surprise regarding your comment about the cleanliness of the toilets located at the main building, as we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. Thus, we would like to inform you that we have already transmit your comment to our housekeeping manager for her further actions. Moreover, we hope you had contacted us while you were staying in our resort, in order to state the dissatisfaction, you had with members of our staff, so we could understand which incidents drove you to that conclusion. Continuing, please be kindly informed that Creta Maris has been included in the "Greek Breakfast" program, thus making it possible for the guests to experience the plentiful gastronomic wealth of Crete and to taste the Cretan breakfast, the unique Cretan products and delicacies that are an important part of the Mediterranean diet. Thus, we can assure you that all the food offered in breakfast are freshly cooked, while the eggs are cooked in the traditional Cretan way with virgin olive oil. However, there is a colander spoon available in the buffet, so every guest could decide the desired amount of oil, while our chefs are always happy to prepare any dish our guests desire upon request. Additionally, as we consider food one of the most important factors of the stay, we offer a wide variety of dishes, which are prepared with fresh, high quality local ingredients, while the food in all our buffets is stored either in special chafing dishes, or in food warmers (bulb warmers), which are a perfect and the safest way to serve hot food at buffet. Each of our thematic restaurants is located at a different location, offering different dishes of a different type of cuisine. We hope you had mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular need of yours. As regards the cockroaches, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and at the same time to inform you that we regularly perform disinfections in the property, however, since we are located at the country side, it might be possible that such insects may be appeared at any time.
