Essen eher mäßig, Bedienung gut, Sauberkeit gut, Dresscode im Restaurant völlig übertrieben und scheinbar nach Nasenfaktor. Die Gäste die man kennt, kommen auch mit kurzer Hose ins Restaurant, Kaffe im Restaurant sehr schlecht, Animation kaum vorhanden. Die meisten Animateure bewegen sich so lustlos, wie selten gesehen. Der arroganteste und selbstverliebteste ist Richard. Zimmer sind sauber und sehr groß. Toilettendeckel muss immer geschlossen bleiben, sonst stinkt nicht nur das WC nach Fäkalien. Duschwasser kommt nach 3 Minuten duschen aus dem Bodenablauf wieder hoch und überschwemmt das Bad. Also duschen mit Pausen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber.

As regards the dress code applied in our restaurants during dinner, please be kindly informed that dress code is applied following our guests’ wishes. Thus, we do our best in order for it to be implemented by all our guests. However, we promise to consider taking more actions in order to eliminate the aforementioned cases of yours. Furthermore, we are sorry that you were not pleased by our animation team, as each one of its members were carefully chosen, in order to create the best possible animation team, which would meet all our guests’ needs.
