Aus DeutschlandNegativ: Essen war immer das gleiche in beiden Restaurants. Fleisch & Fisch keine gute Qualität. Schade! Frühstück & Nachtisch waren ok. Ebenfalls negativ: es wurden penibel die Essenszeiten eingehalten. Es wurde eine Stunde vor Ende schon für die nächste Essenszeit gedeckt = unnötiges Geklapper& Lärm, -wenn man 30min vor Essenszeit-Ende hereinkam war das meiste schon abgeräumt & es wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Schade. Kein guter Service. Positiv: freundliches Personal(trotz des schlechten Essens), schöner Strand, Pool, Hygiene super, tolle Anlage (das Hotel ist wie ein Dorf am Hang gebaut), tolles Gym, Fotoshooting gegen Bezahlung Alles super bis auf das Essen. Das war definitiv keine 5 Sterne-Klasse.

However, allow us to offer you some explanation on the aforementioned points. Concerning the offered food, we do our best in order to satisfy all the tastes, while at the same time to provide high quality local ingredients. In the 6 restaurants found on the premises of Creta Maris Beach Resort, traditional cuisine meets with "guest cuisines". Moreover, the menu offered in our restaurants only gets repetitive after two weeks. We hope you have mentioned something to our staff in order to try satisfying any particular culinary need of yours. Please be kindly informed that our main restaurant Cosmos has a busy schedule (Early Breakfast:06:00 –07:00, Breakfast:07:00-10:00, Late Breakfast:10:00 –11:00 Lunch:12:30 -14:30, Dinner:18:30 -21:30, Late Dinner:22:00 –00:00), in order to meet all our guests’ needs. Thus, it is essential for our staff to follow all the necessary procedures in time, in order to be ready for every meal. However, we would like to clarify that none of our restaurants closes before the time that appears in our All-Inclusive program.
