Sehr schönes Club-Ressort in einer gepflegten Anlage, jedoch Sternabzug, da ALLE Pools nicht beheizt werden. Die Wassertemperaturen wurden mit rd. 20 Grad angegeben (notizweise: Meertemperatur lag bei angegebenen 21 Grad). Folge: Alle Pools waren nahezu leer und wurden kaum genutzt (gilt auch für den neuen Wasserpark). Weiterer Sternabzug, da verstärkt osteuropäisches Publikum mit landestypischem Essens-/Benimmniveau....
Gut erhaltenes, etwas älteres Mobiliar. Punktabzug wegen "abgezählter" Seife, Duschgel etc. (man musste schon genau haushalten, um mit den Kleinstmengen zu zweit hinzukommen).
Essen und Auswahl sehr gut aber dennoch Sternabzug, da Mahlzeiten in den Buffetrestaurants grundsätzlich lauwarm bereitgestellt wurden. Hieraus unschöner Nebeneffekt, dass das Essen am Platz angekommen immer kalt war, wenn man sich unterwegs evtl. noch Getränke geholt hatte (in den Buffetrestaurants kein Getränkeservice). Weiterer Sternabzug, da man immer wieder beim Abendessen "durch Shorts gestört wurde....". Jeder kann scheinbar kommen, wie ER will.

We would like to assure you that we will take your comments into consideration for our future improvement plans, however, please allow us to offer you some explanations. Please let us mention that Creta Maris is built according to the Aegean Architecture and the design style of all our rooms is contemporary. Moreover, we would like to clarify that the bathroom amenities are being replenished whenever is needed, while our housekeepers are more than happy to offer them upon request. Regarding the food temperature please be kindly informed that all our restaurants follow a standard procedure with the temperature of all dishes. Nevertheless, in case a guest prefers a different temperature on his dish he may contact the restaurant staff and it will be happy to assist. With regard to your comment about the dress code, we would like to clarify that we do have a dress code, according to which beachwear, sportswear and flip flops are not allowed. Our staff does its best in order for it to be implemented by all our guests. However, we promise to consider taking more actions to eliminate the aforementioned cases. In addition, please allow us to point out that our animation program is designed to meet the majority of our guests’ expectations. Allow us to mention that apart from the activities that are being held at the area of Terra Building, we also surprised our guests with live music shows and other events. We will consider your opinion and do our best in order to ameliorate the entertainment program in the future. Furthermore, let us point out that apart from our outdoor pools, which are all heated naturally by the sun, with minimum temperature of 18°C in April and maximum temperature of 27°C in August, we also offer an indoor heated pool with temperature of 31°C (operating throughout the season, free of charge).
