Aus DeutschlandIn dem Hotel wurden Seminare einer großen deutschen Versicherung abgehalten. Die Seminarteilnehmer wechselten alle 4 Tage in einer Gruppenstärke von ca. 50 - 70 Personen. Diese belagerten die Poolbars und es hatte Ballermannniveau. Das Hauptrestaurant war mit dem Gästeansturm überfordert lange Schlangen an den Essenstationen und mäßiges Auffüllen der Buffets, während der gesamten Öffnungszeiten. Familien mit Kinder mussten bei Überfüllung warten. Die Seminarteilnehmer hatten andere Armbänder und konnten das Restaurant ohne Wartezeit betreten, weil ihnen Plätze freigehalten worden. Das hat nichts mit familienfreundlichen Hotel zu tun. Nach dem Seminar der Versicherung erschienen ca. 300 Mitarbeiter eines Finanzdienstleisters im Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter kamen aus ganz Europa. Das Hotel spezialisiert sich auf Firmenseminare und dass passt eigentlich nicht zu einem Familienhotel. Bei den alkoholischen Getränke handelt es sich um No-name-produkte, selbst in der Minibar ist nur unbekannte Cola und Limonade, Bier Fehlanzeige. An ein 5 Sterne Hotel in Europa stelle ich andere Ansprüche. Die 93 prozentige Kundenzufriedenheit aus der Beschreibung des Hotels erschloss sich wieder mir noch anderen Gästen.

In total, our resort offers 11 pools, 7 restaurants, one of which is dedicated to adults and children over 12 years of age, 10 bars, one of which is dedicated to adults only, 5 snack points and various other facilities. Every single one of these facilities has its own characteristics and highlights, with some being serene with a relaxing atmosphere and other more lively and active. Regarding to the drinks, please be kindly informed that our primary aim is to offer services with the highest quality standards and of course our cocktails and drinks selection is no exception either. Our all-inclusive package offers both popular and signature drinks, with an emphasis on local products while in order to satisfy every palate, an additional menu with special branded drinks is available in all F&B outlets. Furthermore, for any specific preference, we always encourage our guests to inform our team accordingly so that we can do our best to meet their expectations and even make customized drinks and dishes.
