Dear Guest, Thank you for the time you dedicated to write a review regarding the holidays’ experience you had at Creta Maris Beach Resort. We appreciate your feedback and comments as we consider them the best way to ameliorate even more our services. However, we would like to offer you some explanation on the above-mentioned points. We would like to mention that the majority of our staff speaks two or three languages at the same time. Moreover, we can assure you that many of our employees speak fluently German, while every department has at least one employee who speaks German, in order for us to provide excellent services. The same applies to our Reception department, which agents communicate with our guests in English, German, French, Russian and Italian. As regards your comment about the doctor’s services on site, we would like to clarify that the price depends on the type of examination the guest needs. Moreover, we would like to kindly inform you that our guests can also contact their insurance company in order to find out the cooperating with it doctor in Heraklion and we will gladly arrange a transfer for them.
