Das Hotel ist echt klasse, was mir besonders gefallen hat ist das man sich überhaupt nicht so fühlt wie in einem All Inclusive Hotel. Kein geschupse oder anstehen an der Bar und im Buffet Restaurant absolute entspannte Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorheben muss man das dass Hotel auf die Umwelt achtet in jeder Hinsicht!! Green Award Man sollte eine Vorliebe für Katzen haben, an fast jeder Hausecke sitzt eine davon.
Die Zimmer sind ordentlich ausgestattet aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel finde ich es eher schlecht. Negativ ist uns aufgefallen das die Zimmer nicht richtig sauber gemacht werden, es kam uns vor als ob schnell mal durch gewischt wurde (das nicht mal richtig) und die Betten aufgeschüttelt und fertig.

Super Lage, nur 30 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt somit auch 30 Minuten zur Hauptstadt was man mit dem Bus für 3,50€ fahren kann, 2 min Fuß weg und man ist auf einer 3 km Shopping Mile

Negativ ist eigentlich nur das bei der Mini Disco die Musik so laut ist das die Boxen schon knarren also nichts für Kinder außer mit Gehörschutz und bei der neuen Wasserrutsche sind die Wegplatten am Wasserrand so glatt das eigentlich alle 15 Minuten ein Kind auf dem Rücken liegt.

As concerns your comment about the cleanliness, please allow us to mention that we consider it one of the most important sectors of the stay and do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. We really hope you had mentioned your dissatisfaction with your room’s cleanliness while you were still in-house, so we could have inspected the room and have acted accordingly. Moreover, please let us clarify that apart from the mini disco, we offer many other facilities and activities for children. Specifically, there are 6 children’s swimming pools, Asterias Children’s Club, baby room (up to 5 years, July-August), playground, tennis lessons (on extra charge), teenagers’ club (12 to 15 years, July - August) all under the supervision of our professional animation team who keeps the children and teens happily occupied. There are also many free of charge sports/ entertainment facilities such as Football (5x5), Tennis (2 Courts), Basketball (3x3), Table Tennis, Mini Golf, Pool Tables, Arcade Game as well as a Water Sports Center. Our animation team also organizes athletic and entertainment activities such as evening entertainment, water polo, beach volley, shows and plenty of others activities as dancing lessons, Cretan cuisine cooking lessons, environmental & local activities etc.. We also have an open-air cinema “Cine Creta Maris”, offering to our guests two free tickets per person, per stay from June till September. Continuing, we would like to explain that even though Creta Maris Waterpark has been designed according to the highest standards of safety, every waterpark’s environment poses a risk to children and adults. This is why we have established a set of rules and ask our guests to be very careful when using the slides, while also to pay attention to their children.
