Aus DeutschlandDie Liegen an den Pools sind sehr bequem, allerdings gibt es viel viel zu wenig Liegen für alle Gäste. Der Strand ist sehr sauber, allerdings sind im Wasser sehr viele Steine (große und kleine). Das Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich. 5 Sterne sind für griechische Verhältnisse angemessen.
Unser Zimmer war super, es gibt nichts auszusetzen außer eine Kleinigkeit: Das Doppelbett waren 2 einzelne Betten, welche sich immer wieder von selbst auseinandergeschoben haben.
Das Essen ist gut, es ist immer etwas dabe, was sehr lecker ist. Die 5 Themenrestaurants sind als Abwechslung sehr zu empfehlen, denn nur das Buffet im Hauptrestaurant den ganzen Urlaub lang ist etwas eintönig. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es, weil das Essen vor allem das Frühstück und das Mittagessen extrem fettig ist.
Super freundlicher Service und alle haben sich bei Fragen ect. viel Zeit für einen genommen. Der Reinigungsservice der Zimmer war nicht immer in Ordnung. An einem Tag war mein Kopfkissen stark verdreckt, aber es wurde nicht gewechselt. Erst als ich an dem nächsten Tag den Bezug selber abgenommen habe, wurde er gewechselt. An einem anderen Tag haben wir bei dem Wechsel der Handtücher ein neues dreckiges Handtuch bekommen, es war auf dem neuen Handtuch (entschuldigt bitte diese Ausdrucksweise) getrocknete "Scheiße", jedenfalls sah es so aus, es war ein relativ großer brauner Fleck. Wir haben uns allerdings nicht beschwert, da es am letzten Tag war und wir (ich und mein Mann) uns ein Handtuch einfach geteilt haben.
Super Lage, direkt am Strand und viele Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die fehlenden Fußwege haben uns nicht gestört, wir sind überall gut hingekommen trotz Kinderwagen.

Please be kindly informed that all the corridors and paths in our resort are adjusted for people with mobility problems (all restaurants and bars included), making this way the resort suitable for physically challenged guests and for families with a stroller. We are sorry to read that you were disappointed with your room’s cleanliness, as we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. Thus, allow us to clarify that every single room in the resort is being cleaned once a day and is always checked after by the housekeeping manager. We assure you that we will take your comment into our consideration, in order to eliminate such incidents as yours. Moreover, we would like to clarify that we offer a wide variety of dishes, which are prepared with fresh, high quality local ingredients following local and Mediterranean recipes. Allow us to explain that the majority of local recipes contain more oil than the recipes of other European countries. As concerns the frequency of the menu offered in our restaurants is only gets repetitive after two weeks.
