Das Hotel ist schlicht gehalten, die Zimmer sind sehr klein und der tv ging den ganzen Urlaub nicht, falls es zum schlafen gehen erwünscht ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind teilweise freundlich und bemüht. Das Büfett ist sehr klein mit wenig Auswahl, an der Bar gibt es bei all-inclusive Buchung keine Cocktails mit auszuwählen, diese müssen extra gezahlt werden. Auf den Zimmern werden keine Wasserflaschen aufgefüllt und die Essenszeiten sind teilweise auch sehr ungünstig, für Menschen die gerne spät etwas essen oder länger schlafen. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr jung gehalten, dementsprechend laut.

Dear Mrs Jenny, Thank you for you comment and giving us the opportunity to talk. Our hotel is fully renovated and the last, was 2018. From this year we offer Memory Foam and hypoallergic beds single beds or kingSize double bed. Our all inclusive package is always available to clients. Our buffet is Cretan and Mediterranean. We use olive oil, vegetables, fruits and all our products are from Crete (if possible). Our restaurant is open enough hours for our guests to have their meals. Unfortunately, we can not keep the buffet 24/7. If you read our description, you will see, that we do not provide MINI BAR, but an fridge. We offer upon arrival some facilities and a bottle a water. We replace (for free) if we have this request. We try to be friendly, as we are a family run hotel. So we want all our guests feel like HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
