Das Hotel ist als 5 Sterne Resort ausgewiesen jedoch ist es eher ein 4 Sterne Resort. Das Essen in den Buffet Restaurants ist meistens nur lau warm und geschmacklich zwar ok aber mehr auch nicht. Man merkt der Anlage an das sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen und vieles mehr Schein als sein ist. Leider sind die Toiletten auch nicht die saubersten ( hierfür kann das Hotel nur indirekt etwas). Das Personal in den Restaurants wirk zu den Stoßzeiten maßlos überfordert und ist leider auch dazu nicht das freundlichste.

Die Bungalows sind von der Größe her super für Familien mit einem Kind. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist leider nicht gut. Es lagen noch Sachen vom Vorbesitzer im Zimmer. Desweiter war der Boden immer dreckig.

Solange es ruhig war und nicht hektisch wurde war das Personal stets bemüht und freundlich. Wenn es jedoch mal etwas voller oder hektischer wurde blieb die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität auf der Strecke

Die Pools sind leider nicht beheizt und daher doch etwas kühler. Lediglich der Hauptpool im Terra Bereich ist beheizt. Hier halten sich auch überwiegend die Kinder auf.

Ein sehr schöner Sandstrand welcher flach ins Meer verläuft. Lediglich nach ein paar Metern kommen große aber flache Steine die aber im großen und ganzen keine Gefahr oder Probleme darstellen.
