Der Pool war trübe, man konnt seine eigenen Füsse nicht sehen. ZUdem fehlten ganz viele Kacheln. Das KInd hat sich im Pool an einer herausragenden Kachel den Fuß aufgeschnitten. Zimmer unsauber, unter dem Bett alte Taschentücher und Staubmäuse. Strandzugang mit Liegen war super.

Taking this opportunity we would like to kindly mention that we always make sure to keep our pool well-maintained and in excellent condition by checking our ph levels every three hours in order to secure the highest quality of swimming conditions for our valuable guests. We also advise our guests to not enter the pool without showering first as the sunblock and suntan creams make to water blur sooner than expected, though this rule is not always respected. However, we have the great pleasure of informing you that our pool is part of our renovations program for this season, as our goal is to offer the most modern, state-of-the-art facilities to our valuable guests. We would also like to kindly assure you that top cleanliness and the safety of our guests is always our prime concern and ensured by thoroughly applying the latest and most updated Hygiene Protocols and ISO requirements that secure the highest level of health, safety and cleaning for our valuable guests. Please rest assured that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and then checked by our housekeeper on a daily basis, so your friendly feedback will be taken into account in order to see what may have gone wrong in your case.
