Großes sehr hellhöriges Hotel direkt am Strand. Familienzimmer sind nicht als solche zu bezeichnen da null Privatsphäre. Kein Umweltbewusstsein überall Einwegbehälter und in Plastik verschweißtes Zeug.
Ich habe ausdrücklich im Reisebüro nach einem Familienzimmer mit separatem Schlafraum gefragt. In der Beschreibung des Hotels kommt es auch so rüber. Aber da wurde einfach nur eine Schiebetür ins ein normales Zimmer gebaut die nach oben auch noch einen halben Meter zu Decke offen ist. Also nix mit Privatsphäre, was eigentlich der Sinn eines solchen Zimmers wäre vor allem wenn man mit 2 Teenies reist. An Schlaf war vor 0 Uhr nicht zu denken weil die Zimmer super hellhörig sind und manche Gäste auch überhaupt keine Rücksicht nehmen.
Verhungern tut man nicht, aber es war jetzt auch nicht so toll. Alle Getränke außerhalb des Restaurants gibt es nur in Pappbechern oder sogar in Styroporbechern! Beim Nachtisch gibt es Plastiklöffel in Plastikfolie verschweißt und Plastikschalen (alles Einweg, also für den Müll). Ach ja und die Strohhalme sind auch noch mal in Plastik verschweißt. Was zur Folge hat das mann recht häufig die Umverpackung von Löffeln und Strohhalmen in der Gegend rumfliegen sieht. Im Restaurant war das Personal auch nicht gerade freundlich. Das beste Essen gab es in der Snackbar.
Uns kam das Personal sehr unfreundlich vor. Weiß nicht woran es liegt.
Direkt am Strand (sehr viel Kies und rutschige Steine). Flughafen ist eigentlich nicht so weit weg, Transfer auf dem Hinweg dauerte aber über eine Stunde, da erst noch einige Hotels auf der andern Seite der Insel angefahren wurden.

Our hotel is located in a very comfortable location only 30minutes from the airport, 20minutes from Rhodes center, 40minutes from Lindos (the most famous village in Rhodes) and 5 minutes from Faliraki. Also our resort offers a beautiful and relaxing pool and garden area with free sunbeds and umbrellas for all the guests. We are sorry that our family rooms did not reach your expectation. Furthermore, we would like to kindly mention that our beach is awarded with the blue flag award and that means that it has got extra clean water and also a super clean coastline. Moreover, we would like to also mention that our hotel, member of Esperia Group really cares about the environment as it is the most important treasure and cultural heritage of our island. For this reason, we have already replaced all the plastic glasses with paper and polycarbonate glasses. In the pool and garden area there are plenty of glass collectors for the polycarbonate glasses and also recycling bins, so it is easy for our guests and our staff to recycle. Our rent a car office offers electric cars and just outside of our resort there is a rechargeable station. These are just some of our Esperia Group initiatives that are constantly enriched. We feel totally surprised reading your comment regarding our staff’s friendliness which receives a lot of positive feedback.
