Die Lage des Hotels ist in Ordnung. Das Essen insgesamt ganz lecker. Die Mitarbeiter eher unfreundlich. Als wir sagten, uns ist zu kalt beim Essen, hat uns der Manager ausgelacht und meinte, wir sollen uns woanders hinsetzen. Ein anderer Platz wurde uns nicht angeboten. KOMMEN SiE NIE SPÄTER ALS 10Uhr zum Frühstück! Das Frühstück wird gnadenlos ab 10Uhr abgeräumt, zwar steht da, man kann bis 11 uhr frühstücken, doch das ist ein Wunschgedanke.. :) es wird alles wegggeräumt und man wird komisch angeschaut, wenn man noch was essen möchte. Auf uns hat sogar ein Mitarbeiter gezeigt, was uns beim Essen schockiert hat..das Animationteam ist super und immer bemüht :) wer ins Hallenbad oder zum Fitness oder Spa will, muss ins nachbarhotel.. einen direkten durchgang dorthin gibt es nicht :) das Hallenbad ist allerdings nur ein kleines Becken. Die Drinks für all inklusive sind ok, aber alles ein bisschen zu süss.. Wer sich betrinken will, kommt hier aber auf seine Kosten :) Meiner Meinung nach ist es ein 3 Sterne Hotel, für 4 Sterne ist der Service zu schlecht und die Einrichtung der Zimmer zu alt..

We are happy to read that you enjoyed the facilities, the hotel’s location as well as our delicious food and our animation team. On the other hand we read your comments about the highlighted points of disappointment with great concern. We are sorry that we did not reach your expectations and the fact that you rate us, as a three star hotel does not coincide with the hundreds of excellent reviews that we receive. Taking this opportunity I would like to mention that in our main restaurant we serve American Breakfast Buffet from 7:00 το 10:00 and from 10:00 το 11:00 we serve continental breakfast. Also from 10:00 to 18:00 our Tutti Frutti restaurant, only two steps from the main restaurant is open and it offers salads, snacks, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, souvlaki, giros, desserts and ice. It is very important for us that all of our guests are well informed about the restaurants’ timetable and for that reason we give them all the information in hard copy upon arrival, which makes their stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Last but not least, outside of the main restaurant there is the guest services office always available and willing to serve and satisfy the needs of our valuable guests. In line with our commitment of constant improvement and development of our products, all the points you have brought forward will be evaluated and taken under serious consideration.
