Dear valued guest, thank you for all your comments, both the good ones and the negative ones. We are very sorry that some of the services offered by our Hotel, were not satisfactory for you. We know that the rooms are a bit old but they are always maintained in good condition. Of course if there is some damage or malfunction that has been reported to us by our guests, our Hotel’s maintenance team it takes all the necessary action in order to repair it immediately. In case that there is a major problem that requires longer time to be fixed, then we always offer to our guests the possibility to move into another room of the same type or an upgraded one. Regarding the food that is offered in our restaurants, it consists of a wide variety of dishes from the Greek and the International cuisine served always with many appetizers, fresh salads, fresh fruits and desserts. In our Main Restaurant at the Action Grill corner, is offered to our guests, daily at every meal (breakfast, lunch & dinner) different fresh grilled food and our Themed Restaurant offers every evening, various fine dishes from a different, each night of the week, cuisine. Our Hotel’s International Animation team offers, six days per week, a full (day and evening) animation program for both children and adults, as it is stated in the brochures and the sites of all the T.O.’s that we are co operating with. Please note that all the comments of our guests are taken into consideration, in order to make the animation program, better. Once again we are sorry that you didn’t enjoyed your holidays, as much as you wanted to.
