Aus DeutschlandAuf dem ersten Blick eine saubere, großflächige Anlage. Doch betritt man sein Zimmer, geht es los. Diese sind absolut abgewohnt und benötigen dringend eine Renovierung.
Alt, abgewohnt, renovierungsbedürftig! Kein Wohlfühlfaktor. Auch auf Nachfrage kein gründliches reinigen. Zahnputzbecher wurde seitens der Reinigung nicht abgespült. Toilettenpapierhalter blieb gesamten Urlaub defekt. Türschloss konnte nur mit Mühe und not abgeschlossen werden. Dreck auf Boden und auf Tischen (Sandstrand) nicht beseitigt. Haben die Tische selber gereinigt, sowie den Becker abgespült.
Übersichtliches Angebot an essen für mich wa es zu wenig aber der Geschmack war okay leider war es teilweise lieblos angerichtet. Und griechische Küche gab es nicht. Dickes minus... nur zu den Hauptmahlzeiten gab es frisches Obst. Ananas, Pfirsich u. Fruchtcocktail jedoch aus der Dose. Schlechte Getränke. Kakao nur zum Frühstück, Kaffee und Tee gab es immer und überall leider meist nur lauwarm.
Auf Anfrage zur Beseitigung der Mängel an der Rezeption wurde uns mitgeteilt es sei halt so, da das Hotel alt und renovierungsbefürftig ist. Servicekräfte an der Mainbar und beim essen waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. W-LAN kostet extra und ist nur in der Lobby nutzbar.
Etwas abgelegen vom Ort Mastichari. Jedoch Fuss läufig über geflasterten, teils beleuchteten Weg am Strand zu erreichen. Dort fährt auch dann der Linienbus .

Gab es aber wurde nicht genutzt Basketball,Volleyball und Minigolf ohne Schattenplätze nicht auszuhalten Fitnessraum ist vorhanden, allerdings ist der leider so alt und defekt das gefahrloses, effektives Training nicht möglich ist. Für Kinder kein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Kidsclub war ausgeschildert, jedoch nicht geöffnet. Ausflüge und Mietwagen über Veranstalter Buchbar. Der Lido-Wasserpark kann für Hotelgäste zum halben Preis genutzt werden. Bus fährt direkt vom Hotel ab.

Dear valued guest, thank you for all your comments. We are really sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with some of the services, offered by our Hotel. We are aware that the rooms are not up to date and our plans for the near future include a renovation (when this will be economically feasible to us). But so far we never have had issues with the cleanliness and the maintenance of our rooms. All the chambermaids of our Hotel are well trained and experienced and they follow always the proper cleaning procedure. Our Hotel’s maintenance team takes all the necessary action in order to repair immediately, any damage or malfunction that has been reported to us by our guests. Regarding the location of our Hotel (distance from Mastihari village), the Wifi (cost and areas that is available) and the drinks offered in the A.I. program (only locally produced, therefore they may have a bit different taste from the branded ones), all the relative information is available in the brochures and the sites of all the T.O.’s that we are co operating with. The food that we offer in our restaurants includes a large selection of dishes from Greek and International cuisine, on daily basis. Additionally, two nights of every week in our Themed Restaurant, are dedicated only to Greek cuisine. The Mini Club of our Hotel operates daily (6 days per week), 3 times per day (10.00 – 12.30, 15.00 – 17.30 & 20.30 - 21.00), from our International Animation team and offers a lot of play and fun to our young guests. In the Gym of our Hotel, all the fitness equipment is functional and totally safe to use. However, please be sure that all your comments are taken into consideration and they are helping us to improve the services that our Hotel offers.
