Dear guest, First of all, we thank you for sharing your thoughts with us and letting us know your opinion after playing golf at Faiplay Golf & Spa Resort. In this organization, our main goal is to reach the highest guests satisfaction possible, and in this particular case, we regret to know about your dissatisfaction. We must state that the conditions at the course are pretty much in good conditions and that is the feed back we are getting these days from our guests. I have been getting information about your experience, and as we told you, due to the extreme rain we have experienced during the last months, unusual in this part of the country, those days we dediced not to cut the grass to avoid jeopardizing the greens and foregreens. I am not too sure of the message you were given, but I personally evidenced how the greenkeepers carefully studied the situation and I can assure you that it would have been done if it was possible. I wish we could welcome you again at Fairplay for a round. I am sure the course will reach your expectations.
