Nachdem wir uns über die Bewertung eines 5 * Hotels ausgetauscht hatten, die beim ersten Zimmer nicht gegeben war, hat uns die Gästebetreuerin Maria einen up-grate als Entschädigung ohne Aufpreis angeboten, welches ausgezeichnet war.

Moreover, we are also very happy to read that you gladly rate our food with “10* instead of 6*”and you appreciated our adjusted operational procedures complying with COVID 19 protocols. Regarding your remark about the sport activities, we are sorry that you were not able to enjoy the whole range that we normally provide. Due to COVID 19, unfortunately, we had to temporarily adjust our offering and strengthen the health and safety standards,following WHO, EU and Greek state’s guidelines aiming at containing the spread of the coronavirus. Therefore, we had to limit our sports portofolio to outdoor and small group games.It goes without saying that when vaccinations start and we all get back to our normal lives, we will reinstate all our services and operations to the usual high standard offerings you know Grecotel is so well known for.
