Wir waren zwei. Pärchen mit jeweils einem Kind. Badeurlaub war geplant. Leider Hotel extrem überfüllt. Liegen wurden schon in den frühen Morgenstunden besetzt. Essen sehr gut aber die Anlage ist nicht für diese Masse an Gästen ausgelegt. Personal total überfordert, da ungeschult. Leider auch zu 90% unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Ich war schon in vielen 5* Häuser aber das war eines der miesesten. Schade ums Geld. Lieber €1000 mehr ausgeben und sich den täglichen Ärger ersparen. Nie mehr!!

Bis zu 20 min Wartezeit auf Getränke. Kein “guten Morgen” Extrem langsame Kellner Meterlange Warteschlangen vor Restaurant oder Bar. Unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Eigentlich 0 *
Schöne Bucht. Leider viel Müll im Meer. Vom Flip flop bis zur Boxershort alles gesehen.

Regarding your comments on the beach and the facilities, I would like to offer some clarity: My hotel provides sunbeds for all guests, both at the main pool and along the beach. There is always availability throughout the day, and to ensure fairness for all guests, my staff removes unattended towels placed early in the morning, as reserving sunbeds for extended periods is not permitted. I aim to maintain an enjoyable and accessible environment for everyone. As for the comment about overcrowding, I respectfully disagree. The resort has been thoughtfully designed with ample space and capacity to accommodate all guests comfortably, including multiple pool areas, lounging spaces, and recreational zones. Regarding the cleanliness of the beach, my location is known for having one of the cleanest shorelines in the area. I take daily measures to maintain its natural beauty, including regular beach cleaning. The description shared does not reflect the standards or conditions I maintain. That is why my beach has been awarded not only the Blue Flag, but also the Green Key for three consecutive years. I am also proud of my team, who consistently strive to deliver warm and welcoming service. The feedback you provided does not align with the experience the majority of my guests enjoy, and it’s unfortunate if you encountered isolated instances that fell short. During peak hours, especially at the main bar, some waiting can occur, but it is not reflective of service throughout the day or across the hotel. Mr. Julian, I do not claim I am perfect, but rest assured that I work towards perfection. Currently, staff friendliness and service are assessed by all reviewers at 93.2% across all platforms. I sincerely think that your experience was an exception. I understand that expectations vary and regret that your stay did not meet your personal preferences.
