Hersonissos Village Hotel & Bungalows

Dear Mr. Helmut, I would like to thank you for choosing Hersonissos Village for this years holidays of yours. I am very sorry to mention that you did not have a good time with us, although you were quite satisfied with what the hotel offered as premise. And that the money you spend was worth. What I would like to make clear though is that, when going abroad someone should be lenient, in the sense that his experience will not be as at home, as the hotel hosts people with different nationalities, and cultural backgrounds. Keeping that in mind, even though it is not what have been used to, we should be open to things like, how people eat, and behave etc. For any case, the hotel has many calm and relaxing spots, to avoid crowded people, and have a relaxing time. I am sure that if you would keep this in mind you would have enjoined your time with us. I hope to see you soon in one of your trips although it does not seem likely.
