Dear Adam, First of I would like to thank you for taking the time and writing a review on the internet as well as for choosing us for you holidays. As it is visible in your review that you did not enjoy with us I would like to make some comments that perhaps will give you a different perspective on the matter. Here in Hersonissos Village, we give a great effort to offer a friendly and personalised service, this means that we are open to receive any comments from your side to improve, or to make you feel more comfortable during your stay. It is true that some of the rooms are renovated, but it is the non-renovated rooms that you booked and rightfully received upon arrival. Though if you had requested a room change, always depending upon availability we would be more than happy to offer you a renovated room. Concerning the issues of the room such as A/C and refrigerator, those are things that we can easily fix, but we would be very glad if you had informed us that there is something annoying you. We have a 2 week rotation system for our buffets, as well as 1 theme night every week, in order to be more versatile with the range of our dishes. Our bartenders are friendly and talk to all genres and nationalities, and if perhaps they did not pay as much attention as you would like to receive from them, I would like to personally apologise for that. Yes, cocktails are not part of our AI program, something that you should have known, as a description should be made available to you before making the reservation. Shuttle bus service, is on complimentary basis from the hotel, is not part of your package, but we wish to offer this service in order to satisfy our guests, please note that according to Greek law, no shuttle bus services should be available, and that all guests should normally use taxis. Even though it does not seem likely, we would take great pleasure in welcoming you back to Hersonissos Village, once more, and this time to make you leave with a smile.
