Hersonissos Village Hotel & Bungalows

I would like to thank you for choosing Hersonissos Village as your holiday resort, as well as for taking the time to write a review on the internet. I am very sad to observe that you did not have such a good time with us as you would have expected, as it is in our philosophy to do our best to satisfy our guest’s needs. Keeping this in mind we ask all our guests to contact the reception if any issue occurs, or if they have a request that will eventually make them enjoy their holiday more. Since you did not like the room you could have asked for a room change. Concerning the pool, chlorine is used at specific measurements according technical regulations. In every hotel description it is well explained that the hotel is located on the top of a small hill, and that the beach is 400 meters away. If you wished a bigger beach there are plenty around the island. Concerning the price for a set of sun beds and umbrella, I agree with you that the price is expensive, but since the beach is not owned by the hotel, the hotel has no power in setting the price. As a tip 30 meters away is an other beach were you find the same things at a more competitive price. Even though it does not seem likely you will be visiting as again, we would like to let you know that you will be always welcome at Hersonissos Village
