Dear Guests, thank you for choosing our hotel and placing a review of your experience. With respect to your comments, we would like to find the opportunity of addressing some of the points raised. a) All our sunbeds are Free of charge, this is the constant policy of the hotel for many years. No hotel Guest ever paid for sunbeds in our hotel. Could this be a misunderstanding? b) According to our official descriptions, our All inclusive offers local alcoholic drinks. We have another level with Premium drinks, called Premium All inclusive and you can reserve it with extra payment. c) Due to the pandemic, we are obliged to follow certain protocols. Daily cleaning is possible, with our Guests request. We try to limit the contact inside our Guests room, this doesn't mean however that we cannot provide daily cleaning. You can request it from our reception and we will follow this cleaning regime. d) Official check in and check out is dictated by Covid protocols applied by our Government. e) As stated in our official descriptions, All Inclusive services are available until check out. We hope the above provides clarity concerning our facilities. We hope that such information was communicated properly so that our Guests expectations match our policies. In any case, we are always next to our Guests and we always try to provide solutions, as long as our Guests come in contact with us.
