Ansich kein schlechtes Hotel, aber es sind einige Details die wirklich unnötig sind. Der angekündigte Fitnessraum besteht aus ein paar Cardiogeräten das war's. Viele Leistungen kosten extra, was für eim all inclusive Hotel doch eher mau ist.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber im großen und ganzen okay. Reinigung könnte aber durchaus gründlicher sein.
Nichts besonderes. Das Essen ist okay, aber wirkt teilweise etwas lieblos. Es ist zudem erstaunlich, wenn die Bar Ab 23 Uhr zu zahlen ist. Solche Details sind bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich.
Der letzte Tag kostet für die All in Benutzung massiv Aufschlag. Das erscheint doch mehr als unnötig. Auch wäre eine Rezeptionistin nett, deren Englisch gut verständlich ist. Generell wäre eine ordentliche Erklärung aller Coronamaßnahmen nett. Die Kellner sind zum Großteil leider auch sehr stofelig. Das dass Wechseln der Strandhandtücher eine Gebühr kostet ist mir auch noch nicht passiert.
Abgesehen davon, dass das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt ist die Umgebung katastrophal bebaut.

We focus very much on the attention to detail, cleanliness is one of our top concerns as well as quality of sleep and food. Kindly note that the town of Malia is a well-known tourist destination that combines tradition with modern. The visitor, wandering in the alleyways of the old town, will admire traditional buildings, churches and can also visit the traditional taverns and restaurants. The town is also a tourist attraction, primarily for its significant archaeological site. In the new part of the town, visitors during the day can shop, but also can enjoy the nightlife. Regarding the hotel rooms and the service, we kindly mention that all our rooms were recently renovated, with new interior design and furniture in a good condition and very clean. Please let us point out that we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and we always do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. New hygiene & safety protocols have been applied during this season, according to which the cleaning procedure of the room has been adjusted to day by day cleaning with the aim to prevent the spread of the covid-19. In case a Guest wishes daily housekeeping service, we are glad to offer it upon request. In conclusion, please note that the majority of the comments mentioned are clarified by our official descriptions as well on spot during the check- in procedure and a careful examination will reveal that some points raised were already very clear.
