We regret reading that we did not meet your expectations, but mostly we feel very disappointed reading the unkind words that you use to describe everything, especially, by the time that we were not informed regarding any issue from you during your stay in our Hotel. According to our records, there is no issue mentioned by you during your stay with us, so, we did not have the opportunity to investigate further, in order to give you a solution. We always try to offer the best possible service to each guest separately, but we need to know what each guest needs. We wish you would have informed us earlier, but you preferred to do that through this review and by using offensive words.
