Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, ruhig in einer Seiten Straße. Liegen am Strand kosten mit Schirm 6 Euro, was ja in Griechenland üblich ist. Wir hatten ein sehr kleines Zimmer bekommen ohne irgendwelche Abstellmöglichkeiten, nach unserer Beschwerde wurden uns 2 andere Zimmer sehr freundlich angeboten ,so dass wir am nächsten Tag umziehen konnten. Die Freundlichkeit des Personal's war wirklich hervorragend. Jetzt zum negativen, wir waren bereits 2021 schon mal und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen deshalb haben wir es ja noch mal gebucht ,aber das Essen hat sich so verschlechtert wir kommen uns wie in einer Kantine vor . Wir sind immer später am Abend essen gegangen und standen dann immer vor einem leeren Buffet, uns fehlen auch die griechischen Speisen, dafür gab es Rosenrohl und Mischgemüse aus der Dose alles lieblos zusammen gemixt. Uns hat auch nicht gefallen, wie manche Gäste zum Essen kamen im Schlapperlook und Sportsachen in einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man doch etwas anders.

Although your overall assessment shows that we are on the right track with our numerous efforts and our detailed service, we are surprised by the comments regarding our buffet, as long as, we did not receive any complaint from you during your stay with us. Our Team of Chefs strive daily to create new recipes and delicacies to our guests. In our buffet, everyone can find daily Greek & International dishes, all prepared with ingredients of fine quality and all based on the Traditional Greek & Cretan Cuisine. Unfortunately, we are aware that it is not always possible to meet every guest’s taste. Nevertheless, our Team of Chef’s is always willing to hear any special request and we assure you that they always try to do the best possible in order to satisfy every demanding palate. In addition, our Staff is always present to control the Buffet and to take care of any refill needed, so, there is nothing missed to our Guests. According to our records, we have nothing mentioned by you, during your stay with us, regarding the food, and we wish that you have informed us then, in order to allow us give you more alternatives.
