Unzumutbares Zimmer

Allgemein

Uns wurde ein unzumutbares Zimmer zugewiesen im Keller. Es war total überhitzt, trotz Klimaanlage. Das Bad war in einem erbärmlichen Zustand, Tierchen liefen umher , die Armaturen waren verrottet. Wir haben am nächstne Tag reklamiert und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Es war kein Doppelzimmer Komfort, so wie wir es gebucht hatten und befand sich ebenfalls im Keller.

Dear Guest, We would like to thank you for taking the time to share your impressions with us. We very much regret that we could not fully meet your expectations and if the comfort within our extensive hotel complex could not fully meet you. As you mention, you booked a Double Comfort Room, which is the first category in our Room Types list, and that means that it is the most simple and the cheapest one. We would like to mention that our facilities, location, extra services and other details are compiled on our Tour Operator’s catalogues for our guests to view. We are sad that you did not find this before booking and that you could not spend your valuable vacation time to your complete satisfaction. We regret that you were not well informed by booking your room and your Travel Agent did not inform you properly regarding all the possible options that could offer you a more suitable package according to your standards. There are no “underground’’ rooms in our Hotel. The rooms that you received was on the ground floor. There is not a specific floor for each category. Every room, before it is given to the guests, is double checked from our Housekeeping and Maintenance Supervisors, in order to assure that everything is as it should be. The same happened in your case. The issues that you describe do not correspond to the reality. Nevertheless, when you expressed that you don’t like your room, we did our best to offer you an alternative. According to our records, you received a complimentary upgrade in a room that was a much better category than the one that you booked and paid for, something that you don’t mention in your description. We always strive to give the best possible options to our guests, according to the availability, in order to satisfy each one separately, and the same happened with you. We regret that you haven’t noticed our continued, numerous efforts in all our areas and we feel very disappointed that you use unreal conditions in order to defame our Hotel. For all the above reasons we cannot accept your review, which is obvious that has sole purpose to defame and cause wrong and unfair impressions to other potential guests. Odyssia Beach Hotel Team
