Das Hotel war katastrophal. Wir empfehlen das Hotel auf gar keinen Fall weiter. Das Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne würdig. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die Speisen waren schlecht.

  • Erstes Zimmer war alt, dreckig und kaputt. Das Zimmer gleicht einer schlechten Jugendherberge weit weg von 4 Sternen. Nach Beschwerde sind wir in ein anderes Zimmer gekommen, dieses war auch alt und dreckig. Das Bett verfügte über keinen Lattenrost, die Matratze lag auf einem Holzbrett. Klimaanlage roch schimmelig

  • Essensausgabe, Service, Ambiente und Leistung gleicht einer schlechten Kantine. Die Speisen waren fast jeden Abend identisch. Lieblos auf den Teller geworfen.

    Dear Customer, thank you for writing a review about your stay at our hotel in Limone sul Garda, the Hotel Royal Village. The opinions of our customers are essential in order to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We are very sorry that despite our efforts to offer you an experience that meets your needs, your stay was not a positive experience. First of all, the rooms may not be newly built, but they are always maintained and kept to the best of their ability, rigorously cleaned and arranged. We regret that the efforts made by our staff to respond to your needs and arrange everything necessary to meet your personal requirements, has not been useful in order to improve your stay in our village. We will check what you wrote about the air conditioning, although it works well. We are particularly surprised by your comment about our staff, as they are always at the complete disposal of every guest and ready to meet every need. We are always polite and professional towards all guests and if some kind of misunderstanding has occurred, we regret it and invite you to contact us to solve the problem. Our catering service, however, offers various and tasty menus to our customers. They change every day and are prepared with great inventiveness and talent by our chef. The buffet format serves to greatly facilitate the service in the room in relation to the large number of guests of the structure. The food we use, then, is of high quality and carefully chosen from our trusted suppliers. Our staff always tries to serve the guests with efficiency and precision, we are sorry if sometimes the food put on the plate is not enough or is too much compared to the guest's desire, we will put more attention in what we report. Allow me to reassure you that I have already shared your notes with our Manager with the intent of making our Staff even more careful. We are sorry that despite this, you have so drastically negatively evaluated our facility. We hope you will reconsider your judgment and allow us the pleasure to welcome you again in our Hotel Royal Village or in another of our more than 30 structures throughout Italy. Best regards.
