Dear Customer, thank you for writing a review about your stay at our hotel in Limone sul Garda, the Hotel Royal Village. The opinions of our customers are essential in order to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We regret that your stay was not up to your expectations, however, we believe we can respond to individual reports. We are sorry that you did not appreciate our Italian restaurant, our typical food service that offers various and tasty menus to our customers. They, in fact, change every day and are prepared with great inventiveness and talent by our chef. As for the rooms, although not recently built, they are comfortable and equipped with essential services. However, we take into consideration what has been said in order to improve the service. We are pleased, in any case, that you have appreciated our magnificent view, the large and convenient parking, the kindness and professionalism of our staff and our rich and varied breakfast.
