Sehr schlechtes Hotel! Nicht sauber, Schränke kaputt, All inklusive aber trotzdem sogar Wasser selbst zahlen! Das war kein Urlaub sondern Alptraum 😌
Vieles kaputt, Reinigung kommt 1 in der Woche.
Immer wieder das gleiche Essen. Nudeln und Nudeln und Reis. Nichts typisch griechisch.

Dear Nuka, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on HolidayCheck and we feel sorry that your recent stay in our hotel did not live up to your expectations. Triton Hotel is located close to the night life of Malia, the beach and the center of the town. Everything is walking distance and guests have easy access to everything. The rooms are checked before every arrival as well as before they are given to a guest from the Housekeeping Director and the technician. In case something occurs during a guest's stay, they should contact the reception, as they are informed at their arrival, so to have the matter arranged. The staff is always available to assist our guests to any matter 24 hours a day. The cleaning of the rooms is occured as it is described at the offices and based on the Health and Safety Protocol for Covid-19 outlined by the Greek Government. At our buffet you can find a variety of dishes of the Greek cuisine and the international one, The pasta and rice is a necessity since we have a lot of families with children. However, the type of pasta as well as the pasta sauces are different in every meal. Our pool is cleaned in accordance with the current legal framework and with increased security measures. Furthermore, no such incident mentioned in the review was ever recorded at reception or any other facility of the Hotel. Once more,we feel sorry and it is not in our intentions to stress our guests and we hope that you will consider returning to our hotel, so that we may have another chance at showing you the hospitality for which we are proud of.
