Ikaros Beach Luxury Resort & Spa - Adults Only

Super hotel with a beautiful garden and landscaping. Excellent service with very friendly staff. We travelled with our 3 year old daughter and were very impressed with the facilities. The beach and swimming pools are excellent for small children. In addition, the small playground and very friendly mini-club are also excellent. The playground is in a shaded area and the mini-club has all types of toys and activities to keep little children happy. The resort has lots of lovely areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. There are also two garden swings overlooking the Mediteranean where you can sit and enjoy the breeze. The beach has very fine, soft sand with no rocks or shells. The water is very clean, clear and shallow. We had a deluxe sea view bungalow with pool access. We were very happy we decided to take it instead of a standard room due to the bigger size and excellent location. The room had a big patio with 2 lounge chairs as well as a table and four chairs. In addition, there were hooks to hang wet bathing suits. The only negative point was the size of the bathroom. For two adults and a small child it was small. The main restaurant is a bit noisy but the selection is very good. All food was fresh. The fresh fruit was extremely good - pineapple, watermelon, cantelope melon, kiwis, etc. We had an excellent 4-course dinner at the à-la-carte restaurant but did not try the other two.
