Aus DeutschlandAls Stammgast in diesem Hotel, mit mittlerweile 33 Aufenthalten, musste ich in diesem Jahr feststellen, dass das Hotel in diesem Jahr keine 5 Sterne verdient! Es wurden viele Zimmer völlig unzweckmäßig renoviert, den Designer sollte man verklagen! Das alte Stammpersonal wurde zum Teil gegen Billigkräfte ausgetauscht und geht somit zu Lasten der Gäste! Unfreundlich, langsam und ignorantes Personal , besonders im Hauptrestaurant! Die ursprüngliche Atmosphäre des Hotels existiert nicht mehr! Wirklich schade!

Dear Andrea, We are sorry, we did not attain your expectations this time after your 33 stays at this hotel. We do understand that some guests like you, would prefer the old look of the rooms. But things go on and the majority of our guests like and prefer the new style. Concerning our staff, we ensure you that our new employees do not earn less money that the previous ones. Again, some of our associates decided to change their lives and moved away from the hotel-business. It happens often to this industry. Another, was moved by the company to some other property of the company to offer his services. It is a pitty you did not express your concerns while you were in Crete, so we could give you further explanations. We wish you a nice winter till next year. Best regards, Stelios
