Our staff supported the official investigation, including a thorough internal review of the electronic door locks of the affected rooms. The safes were also examined and operate exclusively with personal guest codes; hotel staff cannot open them without these codes. The authorities confirmed that neither the rooms nor the safes were accessed without guest authorization at any time. We also maintain active surveillance in common areas and at property entrances as part of our strict security protocols, designed to ensure guest safety and protect personal belongings at all times. Based on the findings from both our internal investigation and the official police review, we must respectfully state that the allegations are unfounded and defamatory. We regret being faced with such serious and false accusations, especially given our long-standing reputation for guest trust and security.
