Aus DeutschlandDie Unterkunft an und für sich ist ganz okay. Wir haben das Frühstück in Anspruch genommen und dazu gibt es einiges zu bemängeln. Es geht hier nicht um die Reichhaltigkeit. Da ist für jeden was dabei. Es geht hier um Nachhaltigkeit. Viele Produkte, wie z.B. Butter und Marmelade werden immer noch in den kleinen Portionen in Plastik angeboten. Anstatt diese in Glasschalen zu füllen und der Gast seinerseits füllt sich diese dann in kleine Glasschalen portionsweise ab. In anderen Hotels geht das ja auch. Wurst und Käse wurden nicht gekühlt

Dear valuable guest, thank you for choosing Kresten Palace. It is good to hear you had a good stay and you enjoyed the start of your each day- our rich breakfast. We are sorry you disagree with out serving choice- the small personal sealed doses of marmalade, nutella, margarine and butter. This way We prevent wasting the products. We collect and recycle the plastic waste. Additionally, only that way we make sure you receive clean, hygienic and safe product. We are sorry that other hotels you experienced did not have that in mind. We would like also to correct very important matter- the cold cuts and cheese is always refrigerated correctly and served on the iced cold platters in the buffet to make sure about health and safety.
