Aus DeutschlandTolle Anlage und wirklich tolles Personal. Ein sehr Luxuriöses Hotel. Wir waren jetzt 13 mal dort. Sehr störend finde ich das es nun seit einigen Jahren durch ein Unique Upgrade eine zwei Klassen Gesellschaft gibt und seit neustem dann auch mit Farblichen Armband. Von anderen Hotels kenne ich das so nicht und es führt für uns dazu das wir erstmal nicht mehr dort hinfahren da wir hierdurch ein Gefühl von Gästen zweiter Klasse erhalten. Auch die Situation an den Pools und den Sonnenliegen hat sich über die Jahre sehr verschlechtert. Heute wandern die Gäste schon morgens durch den Garten und reservieren die liegen. Früher wurden die Handtücher Regelmäßig vom Hotel eingesammelt sodass jeder zu jederzeit einen Platz finden konnte was sehr entspannt war und was zu einem Hotel dieser Klasse nicht passt.
