Aus DeutschlandOptisch sehr ansprechendes Hotel, tolle Anlage sehr gut gepflegt und sauber! Freundliches Personal, aber nicht jeder konnte sich verständlich ausdrücken, waren oft gestresst oder vermittelten das Gefühl. Frühstücksbuffet war OK, für 5 Sterne hätte es aber vielleicht ein Frontcooking geben können, z.B. Omlett oder so! Es war doch durch die Hallenkonstruktion sehr laut! Das Personal in den Bufettbereichen war sehr nervös und das hörte man auch, weil sehr oft Geschirr und Besteck auf den Boden fiel. Dinnerbufett war niemals 5 Sterne würdig. Kein Frontcooking oder haben es nicht gefunden. Auswahl der Speisen war vielleicht 3,5 Sterne, mehr nicht. Haben wir in 4 Sternen schon viel besser gehabt! Wir waren im Baboa, im afrikanischen Restaurant und haben dort sehr gut gegessen! Der Asiate und das El Churrasco, bei dem man extra Bezahlte war sehr gut! Wenn ich das Hotel nochmal buchen würde, dann nur mit Frühstück, weil die HP im Hotel selbst war nicht befriedigend für ein 5 Sterne Hotel! Trotz allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt und das SPA hat uns sehr gut gefallen!
