Dear Guest, Hereby, we would like to thank you very much for taking the time in writing your personal review regarding your visit in our Hotel. We feel obliged to our reviewers and to other Guests who have visited our Resort and commented on our excellence, to mention we are surprised by your comments regarding the Hotel facilities and Services, as we receive many positive comments regarding all our Hotel services. Meanwhile we would like to clarify that in our reception there are bellboys available 24 hours and helps all the guest which arrive, caring the luggages in the room and show also the way to the rooms and the facilities. In our certificated with blue flag private beach there are sandy parts which someone can entrance in to the water without any shoes. Additionally, the beach is cleaned everyday from our staff (beach boys) and every 3 days from a specific cleaning machine which sifts the sand. Concerning your notes for the room cleaning let us express our dissatisfaction and our opposition, since the cleaning of the rooms made everyday from a specialized staff. Furthermore we believe that your comments general constitute an exception and does not reflect our accommodations standards since we have n t any similar negative comments from our guests.
